What do we offer?
Individual Sessions
Do you find yourself dwelling on the negatives during exercise/competition? Do you lack confidence? Are you struggling to stick with healthy habits? If so, one-on-one sessions are perfect for you!
Individual sessions include assessments, mental skills training (e.g., goal setting, self-talk, emotion regulation, mindfulness, etc.), evaluation, and follow-ups.
*The first session is FREE and consists of an intake that dives into past experiences, aspirations, and future goals.
Team Sessions
We offer mental skills training for sport teams that caters to building teamwork, fostering team cohesion, and instilling confidence.
*There will be an inital 1:1 meeting with the consultant and coach to discuss the teams needs, goals, and current difficulites. I will then personalize the session(s) to align with those goals.
Workshops
Workshops are a great option for fitness groups, educators, business professionals, sport medicine personnel or first responders to learn more about mental skills and how they can be applied in their every day life. Topics include: burnout, stress management, leadership skills, building confidence, barriers to exercise, resilience training, and much more!
How It Works
Work Together
We will work together to develop a personalized plan and toolkit for you to use in competition, at the gym, or in a buisness meeting. Every individual is different. That is why it is so important to take the time to get to know the client and who they are outside of sport.
Make a Commitment
Learning mental skills is the same as learning a new physical skill in sport. It takes time. We are going to be learning new skills and rewiring the brain to change unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

Psychological Skills
There are a wide range of psychological skills that can be taught and used to discover flow, achieve optimal performance, or create healthy habits. Below are some common topics that an athlete, performer, or exerciser may need assistance with:
