My name is Lexi Ahrens and I am the Owner of UpLIFT Mental Performance.
Achieving optimal mental performance has always been a priority for me. As a collegiate athlete, I struggled with confidence issues and performance anxiety. As a psychology student, I thought there had to be a way to calm my nerves during games and gain my confidence back. After some research, I discovered Sport Psychology. From then on, my sole ambition was to support athletes facing comparable struggles. This determination guided me to pursue a master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
During my master’s studies, I faced a tough time transitioning out of collegiate sports. I had to use mental performance skills to redefine my relationship with exercise. Helping clients find their unique fitness routines and healthy habits is something I'm truly passionate about.
